Managing Director of Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Mian Abdullah directed the operational staff on Friday to use all available resources to ensure the provision of clean drinking water in the city. The MD, during a visit to the WASA laboratory after public complaints about the supply of contaminated water, ordered the director and executive engineer Nishtar Town to ensure regular cleanliness, flushing and chlorination of the supply lines. Having inspected various sections of the laboratory and reviewed the process of water analysis, he directed the WASA chemists to take immediate action on complaints of the contaminated water supply.
