Teams formed to look into oil theft reports

Divisional Superintendent of Pakistan Railways Munwar Shah said on Friday that special teams have been constituted to look into the oil theft repots at Lahore and Rawalpindi areas.
Talking to APP, he said the teams have been constituted on the directives of Minister for Railways Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour and Chairman Railways Arif Azeem. He said special directives have been issued to the police personnel deputed at various trains to keep an eye on all activities taking in their respective trains. “If anyone is found involved in this crime, he will be dealt with iron hands and will be awarded exemplary punishment,” he said. However, he said, an effective system has also been devised to check quantity of oil in the trains at all the major railways stations.
