PPP synonymous with corruption: Shahbaz

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif vowed to hold the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) government accountable; for looting the public exchequer and transferring the public money to Swiss banks.
Addressing a large gathering in Qila Didar Singh, Sharif said that Ali Baba and his gang of thieves’ have stolen the public money and due to their corruption, every institution of the country was deteriorating. He added that the government was least concerned with the problems of the masses and was busy in bagging huge commissions. Sharif argued that corruption was rampant in the NICL and Haj scandal along with the deterioration of government-owned departments like Pakistan International Airlines and Pakistan Railways.
Sharif said that the plight of the common man is worsening with each passing day while the PPP government is oblivious to the hardship of the masses.
He added that when elected to the federal government, his party would eliminate the electricity crisis within six months. Sharif further articulated that given the public mandate, his political party would reduce the burden currently faced by Pakistanis.
