Sindh Sahafi Sangat (SSS) Larkana chapter has strongly condemned the attack by armed men on a private TV channel in Karachi and threats from influential groups. The journalist community said that the media persons were receiving regular threats by the influential groups. “The present democratic government has failed to protect journalists from the attackers and other groups”, the media representatives said. The journalists said that antagonism against media men could not be tolerated. The Journalist community also condemned threats by the administration and information department to few working journalists in Larkana. The journalist community demanded the government should take notice of attacks and provide security to media organizations and journalists across country.
