Hearing of BB’s case adjourned

A local anti-terrorism court (ATC) Saturday adjourned hearing of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto’s murder and the Mumbai cases till June 30. A judge on duty, Rana Masood Akhtar heard cases of Benazir murder and Mumbai attack as the judge of the ATC was on leave. The court issued summons to five more witnesses in Shaheed Benazir Bhutto’s murder case. The Mumbai attack case was adjourned without any proceedings. The hearing of an appeal against confiscation of property of Sehba Musharraf, the wife of Pervez Musharraf, was also adjourned until June 30. ONLINE
Infant among five abducted: Five people, including an infant, have been abducted from various areas of the city raising concern amongst the citizens regarding the law and order situation As per details, in the jurisdiction of police station Wah Cantt, from the area of Garhi Afghanan, Rabia Basri, 23, daughter of Abdur Rahim, was abducted. Sehra, 13, was abducted from Dhoke. Sana Bibi, a resident of Pichgarha, alleged that Sarak and Naheed Ahmed had abducted her one-year-old son Zia. Two other girls were also abducted from different areas.
