The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has advised the general public not to make investments in Gulshan-e-Kareem Housing Scheme because it was built on the land of riverbed. In a statement issued here Wednesday, HDA spokesman Nadeem Yousuf informed that the HDA had not approved the scheme. He added the land was not even in the records of the revenue department because the irrigation department was the authority of the riverine lands.
