Mumtaz Haider Rizvi, Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), setting aside the doubts being cast over the constitutional status of federal budget 2012-13 said the budget was constitutionally approved.
Addressing a post budget seminar organized by the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) here on Thursday, he said, “The National Assembly has passed the money bill. The prime minister has been declared disqualified but the national assembly is not dissolved.”
