President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday convened an emergency meeting of ruling Pakistan People’s Party after the Supreme Court disqualified the prime minister from office.
“President Zardari is presiding and Prime Minister Gilani is also attending, to assess the situation,” a government official told AFP on condition of anonymity.
According to reports, PPP has decided to accept the Supreme Courts order disqualifying the PM Yousuf Raza Gilani. The name of the new Prime Minister will be announced in a meeting with coalition partners tonight.
Likely names include Makhdoom Shahabuddin and Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar as candidates for the post of new prime minister of the country.

Change of face will not matter much .Like a new batsman any one coming will require to saettle and time for the inning is too less now. Things do not seem to get better at least for another one year. We all should pray to get a sincere and a loyal leader. Prayers also is a powerful instrument.

Biggest jok is the people of central punjab themselves. There r many jokes about punjabi sikhs. All over the world they drive taxies, but in Pakistan they decide fate of non-punjabies. Bakray ki maa kab tak khair minai ge. Remember Bangladesh and Indian jails where 90000 soldiers decayed for 2 yrs becoz they massacred innocent people and Bengal.
