Polling for the by-election in PS-83 Shahdadpur constituency begins on Tuesday, according to media sources.
There are 109,551 people in Shahdadpur Sanghar who are eligible for the polling in 93 polling stations across the district. 23 of these stations have been declared sensitive by the Election Commission.
The seat from Shahdadpur constituency became vacant after the demise of MPA abdul Salam Thaeem.
Three competitors, Rafique Jakhro of Awami Tehreek, Tehseen Zaban of PTI and son of former MPA Shahid Khan Thaeem are contesting the elections.
