Karachi police has arrested 22 persons accused of heinous crimes including robbery, extortion, and street crimes.
This was done during raids and police encounters in the five districts, comprising eastern, western, southern, central and Maleer districts.
The police took into custody 14 pistols, one SMG, 2 rifles from the arrested persons.
Cases have been registered against them and the process of formal investigation has been started.
