A conspiracy?

The honourable CJ of the Supreme Court during the full-court meeting discussed the leaked footage of the planted Malik Riaz interview. The CJ called the Chairman of PEMRA and posed several questions to him assessing the role of PEMRA in preventing the airing of contemptuous and scandalous material against the judiciary. The CJ observed that whenever a conspiracy was plotted against the judiciary, it had been unfolded.
I am surprised with the CJ’s remarks regarding the conspiracy being unfolded. Is his son Dr. Arsalan innocent? Does he have no contact with the management of Bahria Town? Did he never visit London with his family? Were the expenses of his foreign trips paid for from his own pocket? I would like to know why the CJ does not wait till the investigation of the scandal is complete.
When the court’s decision is that this was a case of a civil transaction between two parties where one of the parties failed to honour its commitment, then how can it be a conspiracy against the judiciary? As it happens, one party is the son of the CJ who is alleged to have taken money to obtain favourable court decision for the Bahria Town magnate. If it was a conspiracy, then Dr Arsalan is also among the conspirators. Why in the first place was he in contact with a property tycoon, his son-in-law, his friend and partner? If it is indeed a conspiracy, an investigation task should be set up to assess the actions of each person involved in it. It is a section of the media that is projecting the issue as a conspiracy without looking into a logical explanation for Malik Riaz’s actions. Is there any truth to what Malik Riaz has been telling? Is it not the upper echelons of society to whom he is showing the mirror of bribery and corruption? Is it not true that Ahmad Khalil is one of the PM’s ‘buddies’ and his son is good friends with Dr Arsalan. Ahmad Khalil himself is a partner in the project of Bahria. My question is: How is this mini elite club of friends helping each other?
