Professor Affaq Siddiqui died in a private hospital in Karachi, according to a private TV channel.
His Namaz-e-Jinaza will be offered at Buffer Zone after Zuhar prayers. Affaq Siddiqui leaves a son and a widow among mourners.
It is pertinent to mention here that professor Affaq has been associated with education for the last many year. His contributions include Urdu translation of Shajo-Risalo by Shah Abdul Latif Bhattai.
