Senior lawyer and counsel for Malik Riaz, Zahid Bokhari said on Saturday that he had nothing to do with the personal grievances of the real estate tycoon – a reference to Malik Riaz press conference in which Riaz hurled serious allegations at the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Speaking to the media on Saturday, he said that Malik Riaz said he had not given plots or money to TV anchors.
To a question, Bokhari said that he would stand by with Supreme Court whenever the integrity of the judges was attacked.
He said that he was against the Malik Riaz press conference.
In any country where there is a little bit of accountability the people like Malik Riaz end up in jail much earlier before they play the role of SULTANA DACO "dacoit", unfortunately in Pakistan such people are adored and worshiped. The law is only for poor but the corrupt and highly immoral elements of society once they become rich and powerful demand respect as well. This is possible only in Pakistan.
