PPP to celebrate Benazir’s 59th birth anniversary

Pakistan People`s Party Hyderabad district and its affiliated wings have finalized all arrangements to celebrate the 59th birth anniversary of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto with zeal and due respect all over the district on June 21, 2012.
The arrangements had been finalized in the meeting of the district office bearers of the party here at local circuit house on Thursday presided over by Sindh Minister for Fisheries Zahid Ali Bhurgari who was also the President PPP Hyderabad district.
The meeting decided that on the occasion of the birth anniversary of
Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, the leaders and workers of the party would donate blood by visiting the hospitals as well as the camps by Fatmid Foundation and Red Crescent from June 21 to 23, 2012.
Besides, seminars would also be organized at different parts of the district where the speakers would highlight the struggle of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto for the rights of the common people and the restoration of democracy in the country. Quran Khawani and Fateha Khawani would also be held at the party’s district office as well the offices of affiliated wings.
Addressing the meeting Zahid Ali Bhurgari said that Shaheed Mohtarma
Benazir Bhutto was the first prime minister of the Islamic world and she always struggled for the restoration of democracy. She sacrificed her life for the same cause but never surrendered herself against the dictator, he said and added that the present government was engaged to accomplish her vision and make Pakistan a developed country of the world.

Saleem Shah Bukhari, Aftab Ahmed Khanzada, Ali Muhammad Sehto, Abdul Jabbar Khan, Yameen Soomro, Shahid Iqbal, Ghulam Rasool Kalhoro, Jiando Soomro, Ibrar Qureshi, Iqbal Soomro, Dilshad Thaheem, Rizwan Mughal, Sikandar Hauat, Noor-un-Nisa Abro and Zahid Memon attended the meeting.
