PML (Q) MNA Ms. Fiza Junejo called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani at his Parliament House Chamber and said that people expect from the parliamentarians across the political divide a civilized conduct at floor of the House in particular and overall in general.
Ms. Fiza said that elected representatives should take part in budget debate of the House by presenting convincing case for wellbeing of their electorates.
The Prime Minister thanked Ms. Fiza for her appreciation of Pakistan People’s Party and its allies both in National Assembly and Punjab Assembly for their conduct during the budget speech.
The Prime Minister said that the non-parliamentary protest by PML (N) suggested that they had nothing convincing to put forward and that is why they resorted to rowdyism. It is unfortunate and deplorable, the Prime Minister said.
