The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has suggested to decrease the prices of petroleum products by Rs10 and has sent the summary to the ministry on Thursday.
The authorities of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources said that prices of petroleum products are less than $95 per barrel in international market, while in Pakistan prices of petroleum products are being charged by $120 per barrel.
The OGRA has recommended the government to decrease the price of petroleum products by Rs10.46.
The summary has also suggested reducing the price of diesel by Rs6.08, kerosene oil Rs5.26, HOBC Rs11.75 and light diesel by Rs5.02 per litre.
It is worth mentioning here that the government would announce the new price of petroleum products by Friday.
The government can reduce the prices further to give some relief to people. The petrol can be upto 80 rupees. But they dont have to pay therefore they wont worry much.
government should not reduce the prices as we Pakistani do not pay taxes and are corrupt to the core.
So first pay taxes and be honest then deserve better governance
Patrol prices can b upto 50 rupees per liter to rule out adverse poverty and price hike in every day to day neccessary of people like food etc….it iz one of the vital factor in balancing of rates of major materails in the market
If want to finish powerty in Pakistan, petrol price should be more than 200 Rs/litter, as priceses of all goods depends upon petrol price, so all goods price become high and poor people either suiside or work more and never even think to come on road,
Pakistan Khapay, Khapay, Khapay
