Unknown miscreants blew up a government boys’ primary school with explosives here on Wednesday.
According to police, the miscreants had planted a bomb with the boundary wall of a government run boys’ primary school located in the Shahpur area of Kohat, which exploded on Wednesday morning.
The blast destroyed the boundary wall and two rooms of the school but no human loss or injury was reported as the building was lying vacant at the time of explosion.
According to the bomb disposal squad (BDS), six kilogram pf explosives was used in the blast.
It should be mentioned that anti-literacy militants have blasted seven government schools in different areas of Kohat district during recent years.
