3 more disqualified in dual nationality case

The Supreme Court hearing the dual nationality case suspended memberships of Muhammad Akhlaq and Amna Buttar of Punjab Assembly and Muhammad Ali Shah of Sindh Assembly, according to media sources.
The apex court had suspended Rehman Malik’s Senate membership on 5th june for holding dual nationality. Fourteen notices had been issued to other parliamentarians and members of provincial assemblies belonging to the PML-N, PPP and MQM by the Supreme Court.
Allegations were made by petitioner Advocate Waheed Anjun that these people possessed foreign passports.The Supreme Court had asked them to reply to these allegations. On allegations pertaining to possessing a Canadian passport, PML-N MNA Anusha Rehman denied having dual nationality, saying these were untrue.
The petition was filed by Syed Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi seeking a declaration against parliamentarians and members of different provincial assemblies holding dual nationality. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the case.

    Who Disqualified… PTI have not even single Person which having DUAL NATIONALITY and MPA/MNA / Senate Seat…

    but Who which are Having Dual nationality… They Will Not Get Election Tickets!
