CM demands action against memogate planners

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said the memo commission report has unveiled many faces and that the ‘treacherous’ characters should be punished.
Talking to the media outside the Punjab Assembly on Tuesday, Shahbaz Sharif said the traitors of the nation should not be spared at any cost as they put the sovereignty and stability of the country at stake.
He also sought action against the elements who appointed Husain Haqqani as ambassador in an important country like the US to use him for ‘nefarious designs’.
The chief minister said the as memo commission had exposed many faces therefore thorough investigations should be carried out to bring the perfidious to justice.
Shahbaz visits home of rape victim Punjab Chief Minster Shahbaz Sharif visited the house of the girl raped in the Jhanad Barwana area of Jhang.
He met with the victim’s family and assured them full support in bringing the culprits to justice and directed the police to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Chief Minster Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the rape of the minor, Mehwish and ordered the suspension of the DSP and SHO for negligence.
He condoled with the parents and the victim and assured them that the case will be tried in the Special Anti Terrorism court.
The CM said modern and scientific methods will be used for investigating the case and justice will be provided to the affected family at any cost.
