Protest demonstration against police in Chichawatni

Several people from Christian Colony staged a protest demonstration against police after arrest of some innocent persons.
The protestors also burnt tyres and blocked Bypass Road for almost two hours. They were chanting slogans against unjust arrests of their colleagues.
They were pelting stones on police due to which two drivers passing by the area got injured.
Earlier, heavy contingents of police had raided Christian Colony to arrest Master Nadeem Dahmoo and his cohorts who had injured Rescue 15 incharge Inspector Fiaz Hussain. Suddenly resistance has been started.
Due to protest of the dwellers, criminals could not be arrested while police nabbed fifteen another persons on the suspicion of drug selling.
As the police freed all the arrested persons on the guarantee that the people of the colony would help police in apprehending the real culprit , protestors dispersed peacefully.
