Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani will attend a UN Conference on “Sustainable Development” being held at Rio de Janeiro on 21st of June, 2012 in Brazil.
The Conference would be attended by 120 heads of states / governments.
The Conference on Sustainable Development would give the international community a unique opportunity to build a global economic development model aimed at improving people’s lives and ensuring social equity while reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcity, the event’s Secretary-General said today.
