Rangers arrested a proclaimed offender Saeed Pathan along with three companions during operations in different areas of Lyari on Sunday. According to sources, he was arrested after exchange of fire for some time. Arms and ammunition including pistol, hand grenades, SGM, and narcotics were also recovered from their possession.
