A petition was submitted in the Supreme Court Lahore Registry on Saturday, seeking Red Warrants to be issued against Malik Riaz.
Barrister Zafar Ullah Khan submitted a petition in the court and said Malik Riaz, the owner of Bahria Town, had fled to Dubai after hatching a conspiracy against Chief Justice of Pakistan’s son Arsalan Iftikhar.
The petitioner said Malik Riaz had neither appeared in the court nor given any statement against Arsalan Iftikhar. He urged the court to issue red warrants against Malik Riaz to bring him back from Dubai to appear in the court.
