The Dar Hockey Academy team leaves Europe to play different club tournaments.
President of the academy, Olympian Tauqeer Dar said that the team in its first phase will play at Belgium against some local clubs. Then the team move to Holland to defend MOP tournament title, which is won by Dar Academy in 2010 and 2011. He told that MOP is one of the best clubs tournaments played in Holland in between best European clubs. In Last phase team reached Essen a German city to play another European club hockey tournament. Tauqeer Dar said that team is in good shape and the boys have worked hard and hoped to win all the matches. Academy’s senior player Bial Qadir who also represent Pakistan jr hockey team was retained as a captain. Olympian Iklaq Ahmad coach, while Irfan Butt is manager.
