Opposition leader in National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Friday announced that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) would stage a sit-in protest on Monday outside and inside the Parliament House. Talking to reporters, he said the assembly session was postponed on Friday due to the protest.
“The government doesn’t know any language other than that of a protest,” he said. Criticizing the government, the opposition leader said unfortunately both the president and prime minister were corrupt and sentenced. “How can criminals and corrupt people guide the nation?” To a question regarding Dr Arsalan case, Nisar said Malik Riaz, who did not even take a breath without permission of President Zardari, had created the whole drama.
