Prime Minister, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, on Friday visited the residence of Senator Mian Raza Rabbani to offer condolence on the demise of his father Mian Atta Rabbani, who had served as ADC to Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
He was accompanied by Acting Governor Nisar A. Khuhro and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
On the occasion, he also offered `Fateha’ for `Isal-i-Sawab’ to late Mian Atta Rabbani and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the loss.
From the residence of Mian Raza Rabbani, the Prime Minister proceeded to the Governor`s House where he visited the room which was once the office of the Quaid-i-Azam. He took a round of the office and also saw the relics of the Quaid-i-Azam, including his personal articles as well as his books.
