Memo commission completes report: Justice Isa

The chairman of the memo commission, Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa on Monday said the commission had finalised its report on the memo issue as directed by the Supreme Court. Briefing reporters on the completion of the commission’s report at the IHC building, Justice Isa said the report would be sent to the Supreme Court by the commission secretary in a sealed envelope. He thanked to the attorney general of Pakistan and other state institutions for facilitating the commission’s proceedings. The SC on December 30, 2011, had formed the memo commission comprising three chief justices of high courts. The Islamabad district and sessions judge was named secretary of the commission.
