Three tortured bodies were found in the early hours of Sunday in the Orangi Town and Liaquatabad areas of Karachi, officials said.
According to police, bodies of two people—who had been tortured and later shot dead—were found in Orangi Town number 7. Hands and feet of both victims were tied.
In Liaquatabad, a tortured body was found in a sack lying near Police Station. The sources said some unknown persons threw the body near the police station. He was also shot dead.
The bodies have been shifted to hospital and investigation is under way for their identification.
Meanwhile, five people were killed in last 24 hours and around 200 faced death last month in Karachi.
