Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umer Ata Bandial has said the courts will act against injustice in the society. Corruption within the judiciary will not be tolerated at any cost, he said.
While meeting with the Court Reporters Association, Justice Umer Ata Bandial said every action will be taken in accordance with the true spirit of the constitution and law, adding that nobody is above the rule of law.
He stated that suo motu notice is not the proper solution for every issue; rather the courts will interfere in every aspect of life where they see injustice or inequality.
He added that a mechanism will be formed in order to resolve the public problems.
