Prime Minster Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has postponed his visit to UK due to his busy engagements. He was to attend the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Queen Elizabeth’s throne.
According to PM House the visit has been cancelled due to PM’s engagements in the country while Chairman Senate would represent Pakistan in the ceremony instead of the PM.
The Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, marking 60 years of the Queen Elizabeth throne, will be held from 2nd to 5th June 2012.
