A few days ago, the Indian delegate, Mani Shankar, said that there can be no military solution to the Kashmir conflict. I would very much like to ask him a simple question:
If we are to believe what he says, then what are 7 lac Indian army personnel/para military forces doing in Indian-occupied Kashmir? Not to mention, why then are draconian laws like the AFSPA implemented in the occupied region?
