At least three more people were shot dead in separate incidents of violence here in the city, taking the death toll to 10 in the past 24 hours.
According to the police, a body bearing torture marks was found in a gunny bag near Korangi’s Zaman Town area.
Police said the body was of a man who had been kidnapped and then killed while the body couldn’t be identified yet.
In another incident, two people were killed in firing in the city’s Bilal Colony and Sharfabad areas.
Seven people were killed in incidents of firing here on Thursday taking the death toll to 10 in the past 24 hours.
