All is final to file an appeal for reviewing judgment in the contempt of court case against Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, while Aitzaz Ahsan who is counsel of the PM will raise some 150 objections over the judgment of the Supreme Court, sources said.
Sources said the objections will be raised on the short judgment of the SC, on the poem of Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and it will be requested in the appeal to declare the 32 seconds sentence of the PM as illegal adding that appeal will also focus on the point that the PM has not committed contempt of court.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has already hinted to form the bench for proceedings and it is expected that 8-member bench will hear the proceedings of review appeal against the judgment of the 7-member bench that will be headed by the Chief Justice.
The Supreme Court had ordered the PM in a hearing of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) case to write letter to the Swiss authorities against President Asif Ali Zardari and others, after the refusal of the PM contempt of court case initiated against him, while the PM is of the view that the President has got the immunity and letter can’t be written against the President till he occupies the office of the Presidency.
