Pakistani authorities have told Indian officials that the seven 26/11 terrorist attack accused jailed in the country have refused to provide their voice samples. A senior Indian government official was quoted by The Asian Age as saying that Pakistani authorities said Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, Zarar Shah and Abu Al Qama among others, had refused to provide their voice samples, invoking their rights under self-incrimination clause of the law. Expecting the government to seek an update on the Samjhauta Express blast investigation during the bilateral talks beginning in Islamabad on Thursday, the Indian authorities have firmed up their response.
