Police claims arresting kidnappers of milk seller

The Hyderabad Police police recovered a milk trader who was kidnapped for ransom a month ago and arrested four suspected kidnapper with weapons.
The Senior Superintendent of Police Haseeb Afzal Beg said at a press conference here on Sunday evening that the trader, 55 years old Karim Ali Khwaja, was abducted from the Bhains Piri area of Hyderabad. “I formed a special team of the officers to find Khwaja. On Sunday the team while searching for the kidnapped man stumbled upon information leading to the whereabouts of the kidnappers,” he disclosed.
According to the SSP, Khwaja was recovered from the mountainous area of Manjhand, Jamshoro district. “The abductors were demanding Rs10 million for his release. While the family engaged them in the talks over the ransom, the police kept searching the kidnappers,” he said.
The police identified the suspects as Ghulam Nabi Kalhoro, Muhammad Anwar Sehto, Bilu Bhagri and Ali Sher Khoso and claims to have recovered weapons from their possession. The suspects were arrested after an exchange of fire, the SSP claimed.

According to police, the deceased Jan Muhammad Marfani was wanted by police in some case and he was tortured by SHO Garhiyasin to extract confession.
According to report SHO Garhiyasin Noor Ahmed Jakhro was disappeared from the police station as man in custody died. The body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives after postmortem from Taluka Hospital Garhiyasin.
SSP Shikarpur Faizullah Korejo reached Garhiyasin police station as soon as incident came into his knowledge and ordered suspension of SHO and registration of FIR against him into this case. Besides SSP Shikarpur also constituted a four member enquiry committee for investigating the matter.
Meanwhile, the relatives of deceased Jan Muhammad Marfani blocked Indus Highway at Khirthar Canal bridge near Garhiyasin. However, on the assurance of SSP Shikarpur Faizullah Korejo, the road was reopened for vehicular traffic.
