Islamabad police summons Sharifs in SC attack case

Islamabad Capital Territory Police has sent two separate notices to PML-N President Nawaz Sharif and Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif in the Supreme Court attack case.
The notices said that both the PML-N leaders should appear in person before Islamabad SSP with 10 days regarding the attack on Supreme Court that took place in 1997.
These notices were issued from the office of Islamabad SSP on the instructions of Interior Minister Rehman Malik.
Islamabad SSP had submitted the report to the Interior Ministry on May 14 and sought permission to continue the case. In his report, Islamabad SSP Malik Muhammad Yousaf indicated clearly that there was not much evidences against Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif and the case against them might be weakened.
On receiving the notices, the lawyers of Sharif brothers contacted Islamabad SSP and talked to them about notices.
