3,055 complaints solved through Public Complaint Cell at CM House: Asif

On the special directive of PPP Co-Chairperson and President of Pakistan Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah had established a Public Complaint Cell (PCC) at C.M House for early resolution of public problems and grievances. Where as Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh and PCC Incharge Mr. Imtiaz Mallah and other officers received complaints from the public through telephone and conveyed complaints to the concerned officers for their early resolution.
The PCC cell was established at CM House just after present democratic government came into power. In-charge of the Public Complaint Cell while issuing the quarterly report of the complaints received at (PCC) informed that in all,3602 complaints were received up to 30th April 2012, out of which 3055 complaints were resolved while 547 complaints are still under process/pending.
