Pakistan Muslim League Central Senior Vice-President Sultana Gul called on PML leader and Federal Minister Ch Parvez Elahi at his residence on Thursday.
Highly appreciating the role of the Women’s Wing for the party, Ch Pervez Elahi said sincere and dedicated workers are assets for the party. He said after the 2008 election, PML had played its role as an important national party and has raised its voice on every national issue, while giving preference to national interests. Elahi said it was because of these policies that the part’s workers were committed to the party and its leadership.
He said the workers have remained loyal to the party despite the difficulties faced by it and the vindictive actions taken against it.
Former provincial Education minister Mian Imran Masood, Zahid Iqbal Chaudhery, Mian Azhar Javed, Aasiya Munir, Asifa Imran and other leaders were also present during the meeting.
