Mother of renowned TV and film actor Hamayun Saeed died here on Thursday morning after protracted illness.
According to details, mother of Hamayun Saeed was in coma for the last few days and breathed her last on Thursday.
The deceased was laid to rest at ancestral graveyard. Hundreds of people including family members, relatives, TV and film artists attended the funeral prayers.
Meanwhile, senior TV, film and theatre artists have expressed profound grief over the sad demise of mother of Hamayun Saeed. They prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace and the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
