Two people were killed and three others were injured in an attack on the convoy of Awami National Party (ANP) parliamentarian Khursheed Begum, who remained unhurt in Wednesday’s attack, a private channel reported. Geo News, quoting police sources, reported that unidentified men attacked Khurseed’s convoy in Kohat and injured five people, including her husband Saeed Shah Bukhari. The injured were rushed to Kohat District Hospital, while the politician’s husband was shifted to Peshawar. Two of the injured succumbed to injuries in the hospital.
