SC moved against NATO supplies restoration

A petition was filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday against the restoration of NATO supplies.
According to media reports, petitioner Barrister Zafarullah Jamali prayed to the court that the movement of NATO supplies through Pakistan were against national interest. He argued that the restoration of NATO supplies would breed violence and suicide attacks in the country. He also prayed that the Pakistani government be stopped from attending Chicago conference.
It is relevant to mention here that the government is likely to reopen NATO supplies as, according to sources, decision has been taken by the government to reopen the blocked routes.
