Postgraduate Medical Institute (PGMI) and Lahore General Hospital (LGH) Principal Professor Dr Tariq Salahuddin has said a nursing college will be established at the hospital soon. He was addressing a ceremony organized at Nursing School Lahore General Hospital to distribute cash prizes and certificate among position holders in nursing training course. He said a concept of modern health system was not possible without involvement of nurses and their importance increased during dengue. Prof Dr Tariq Salahuddin said a nurse-Isma Kanwal-died of dengue while performing her duty in dengue medical ward. He said any student who would get first position in nursing examination would be awarded with annual Isma Kanwal Award. He said a nursing college would be setup in Lahore General Hospital soon besides starting computer classes in the school.
It will be a good experience for the students to try every possible stance which is said to be of even more importance and will further proved to be much better. fellowship personal statement
