Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khosa has said all state institutions will have to work within their limits.
Addressing the certificate distribution ceremony for an executive programme on ‘Managing Public and Private Enterprises in Pakistan’ at the Executive Development Institute on Friday, he said the bureaucracy will have to make decisions for the welfare of the masses by eliminating the traditional ‘delay’ in processes. He said any inordinate delay should not be made in solving people’s problems. “We should make efforts to create awareness about accountability,” he added.
Federal and provincial secretaries, parliamentarians of the Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and members of the business and legal community and bureaucrats attended the programme.
The participant engaged in a comprehensive debate over three important departments of the country, the Pakistan International Airlines, Pakistan Railways and Pakistan Steel Mills and gave suggestions that would be sent to the departments concerned.
Mr. Khosa you should consider your own limitations before you even utter a word. The fact is that you are short, ugly and bald. These are significant physical limitations for any human being that is if are one. CONSIDER THESE LINITATION BEFORE YOU EVEN SAY ANYTHING. IT is by virtue of horrible accident that you are sitting in governor. When they built this house, no body could imagine that an ugly bald man will occupy it one day
