The Lahore High Court (LHC) adjourned hearing of the petition till May 30, pertaining to disqualification of Yousaf Raza Gilani as PM after verdict of apex court.
During the hearing of the case, the petitioner’s lawyer stated that after the release of full verdict, it is clear that Supreme Court has convicted PM Gilani. Therefore, Mr Gilani should be barred from working.
The court adjourned the hearing till May 30 and directed the petitioner’s lawyer A.K. Dogar to complete his arguments in the next hearing.
