The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has announced the result of its first professional BSc Nursing annual examination 2011.
85 candidates, enrolled in the two-year BSc Nursing programme in four affiliated nursing institutes, appeared in the exams. Out of these, 56 passed while 28 could not get through. The pass percentage remained at 66.66 per cent.
Rashida Kanwal of the Saida Waheed FMH College of Nursing, Lahore got the first position after securing 318 marks out of a total of 400. Rehana Yasmin of the College of Nursing, Armed Forces Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rawalpindi, and Sahrish Akram of the Saida Waheed FMH College of Nursing Lahore, bagged the second and third positions, securing 317 and 311 marks respectively.
