Power outage a headache

The shortage of electricity has become a headache for the people of Pakistan. People have to face many problems due to loadshedding. After every two hours there is one hour of loadshedding.

Students are unable to do study due to frequent breakdowns. The water supply is badly affected due to breakdowns or loadshedding and people suffer due to paucity of water.

The KESC is facing electricity shortfall with its own system. The service department of KESC lacks a sense of duty and shirks work. It takes hours and sometimes days to remove the fault and restore power supply. The breakdowns and the loadshedding are affecting our national economy adversely. The electricity shortfall has hit record level.

I request the government and the authorities to take some serious steps towards the loadshedding problem.
