Four, including two women, killed in Balochistan violence

Four people, including two women were killed in separate incidents of violence in Kohlu and Naseerabad district on Monday.
According to reports, unidentified armed men killed a woman and a man in Kohlu before they fled. However, names of deceased could not be confirmed. Motive behind the incident is stated to be “honour”.
Meanwhile, a man identified as Chakar Khan, resident of Killi Soorab Khan Sherani of Kohlu was
hot dead by unidentified
assailants.
Local administration moved the body to nearby hospital for autopsy and started further investigation into the killing.
In another incident, police recovered a tortured body of a woman from Mir Hassan Police precincts and moved it to a nearby hospital. Police said the deceased, identified as Sakina, had been strangled to death. However, investigations were underway to ascertain reason behind her killing.
Separately, a vehicle of Uchh Gas Field escaped a remote-controlled blast in Nuzband Bridge area of Sohbatpur on Monday.
Police said the vehicle, escorted by police personnel on motorbikes, was on its way to Sobatpur from the gas field when explosives planted on the roadside went off. However, the people in the vehicle and the motorcyclists remained unhurt.
