The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Saturday accepted as maintainable a constitutional petition against Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on continuing his duties after his conviction in the contempt of court case. The high court will begin hearing the petition from Monday. The constitutional petition filed by Maulvi Iqbal Haider sought from court to stop Gilani from functioning as premier of the country. Haider’s plea says Gilani could not run the affairs of the country after the ruling of the Supreme Court convicting him of contempt of court.

  1. It is morally wrrong for gillani to continue working as prime minister. It is also morally wrong for gillani to let his son deal in drugs.
