Bahrians win Synergies 2012 competition

Synergies 2012 was held at the Lahore University of Management Sciences from 13th to 15th April under the auspices of the Global Management Club, an executive student club of the Suleman Dawood School of Business, which attracted business students from various business schools across Pakistan.
LUMS Synergies holds two competitions, the Business Case Competition and the Business Simulation Games.
Four teams from Bahria University Islamabad, under the umbrella of the Bahria Business Club, participated in the competition.
AbuBakr Inayat along with his team members Muneeb Ahmed, Hammad Hassan, Adil and Abdul Manan clinched the first position in the Business Simulation Games whereas in the Business Case Competition, Bahria University’s team of Syed Kamal Rizvi, Sana Tanvir, Usman Shabir and Badar Iqbal, secured the third position.
This year 18 teams participated in the Business Case Competition and 14 in the Business Simulation Games.
Students of Bahria University Maryam Khalid and Hassan Hayat Khan served as Synergies 2012 brand ambassadors and accompanied the participants with faculty member Sumeela Amin.
This was the third time in a row that teams from Bahria Business Club participated and managed to secure top positions in this academic event.
