Three killed in Karachi violence, 38 nabbed during search operation

At least four persons were killed and several others injured as target killing continued in the city on Monday whereas the police arrested more than 38 suspects, including a target killer, during targeted operations in various areas of city and recovered arms from their possession.
According to police, in Orangi Town Sector VII of Karachi armed men gunned down an unknown person and fled the scene. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where identity of the deceased was yet to be confirmed.
One person was killed and two others injured in firing of armed assailants in Usmanabad area of Gorden and Mouchko area of Baldia. The injured were shifted to Civil Hospital for treatment.
The police recovered dead body of one person from a house in New Karachi.
Moreover, the police, in search operation, arrested 12 suspects in Hassan Square and adjoining areas. At least four people were nabbed during targeted search operation from different parts of Korangi and Landhi. Police also arrested six suspects from Gulshan Iqbal. Fifteen people were arrested during search operations in Orangi Town, Kharadar, New Karachi, Federal B Area and Eidgah areas.
The police, on a tip off, conducted search operation in Bilal Colony area and arrested an alleged target killer identified as Zahid from a house and recovered arms from his possession. The detainee in preliminary interrogation has admitted his involvement in target killing of more than 10 persons and other crimes.

  1. What will pakistan get by killing innocent, unarmed Shia muslims? Why is govt. not providing security to them. Why reckless killing of unarmed non-sunni muslims going on in Pakistan. Is it this Islamic ideology which you wanted before partition? Where are the rights of minorities in pakistan?
